The Core Challenge:

_ The navigation wasn’t intuitive enough to guide visitors by roast, product type, or brew preference.
_ Product photos didn’t yet convey the warmth or quality behind each blend.
_ Product descriptions lacked the sensory language and SEO optimization needed to attract new coffee lovers searching online.
_ There was no clear subscription pathway for customers who wanted to automate their coffee deliveries.

_ And while their story had been featured on outlets like CBS Chicago, their digital storytelling didn’t yet capture the heart behind the brand.

Tasa had everything it needed to thrive, quality, mission, and loyal local support, but they needed a website that converted curiosity into community.

Tasa’s original website had strong brand roots but lacked the structure to convert traffic into repeat customers.
Specifically:

We began by reimagining Tasa’s e-commerce experience through the lens of choice architecture and behavior design ensuring every click felt intentional and every page guided the visitor closer to purchase.

We reorganized the site structure to create clear shopping pathways by roast type, product category, and brewing preference. Each product page now features improved layouts, simplified CTAs, and better storytelling flow from “shop” to “sip.”

Subscription Model Integration

We built and implemented a new subscription flow that gives customers control and convenience from delivery frequency to roast selection. This not only increased recurring revenue but positioned Tasa as part of customers’ daily routines.

We directed new product photography that showcased the texture, packaging, and brewing experience helping every visual communicate warmth, craftsmanship, and authenticity.

Every product description was rewritten to balance sensory storytelling and search optimization. The language invites visitors to imagine the aroma, flavor notes, and origin stories behind each roast while boosting visibility on Google.

To support conversions, we implemented subtle behavior science techniques including anchoring pricing, value comparisons, and progressive disclosure helping shoppers feel confident in their selections and more likely to subscribe.
